5.2 Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.

5.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, upload, or share any content through the platform, you grant Xaltocron a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.

6. Webinars and Live Sessions

Participation in live webinars and interactive sessions is subject to availability and any applicable registration requirements. We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify sessions at any time. Recordings of sessions may be made available at our discretion. You agree not to record, reproduce, or redistribute live or recorded session content without our written consent.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Fees

Certain features or content may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you authorise us to charge the specified amount using your selected payment method.

7.2 Refunds

7.3 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the effective date of the change.
